I doubt he does - I think its rather more likely that he's playing the long game and thinks if he keeps on banging on about it he's got more chance of working round this ban later on (said assuming he has the ability to apply for it lifted/suspended at a later date) - personally I think he'd be better off shutting up and going off and working for good causes for a couple of years, but of course there's no money for the lawyers in that, nor from the press, not that I'd suggest for one moment that any third party is underwriting his legal costs, least of all that it's the ************ doing so
