Fredfertang wrote a great article on him
Was hoping he'd sneak through to next round!Kuldeep Yadav
Yeah, he's underrated but not quite up to the calibre of the other picks this round.BTW, there is no doubt that Vince van der Bijl would be an all time great fast bowler if not for South Africa's isolation, isn't it? Those first class stats are outrageous. Discussing him is worth a thread in itself.
I would not quite call him underrated, more an unknown. For this draft though he will be up there with best possible picks.Yeah, he's underrated but not quite up to the calibre of the other picks this round.
wow that's crazy. I'd honestly never heard of this guy. FC century at 14 and 1000 FC runs before he hit 18. What a sad loss. Was he hyped as much as Sachin and Kambli before his death?Archie Jackson (8)
Extremely talented batsman who lost his life at just the age of 23. Reminds me of India's Dhruv Pandove.
It was not so much that I thought people did not know about them, but that they would have been eyeing players with more test matches and proven record as this stage of the draft.i've learnt to never assume you're the only one eyeing off a player in these things. we're all absolute cricket nerds after all
I first read about him on Cricketweb only. That too years ago. He was not hyped as Sachin and Kambli but since I had heard about Dhruv Pandove at the age of 14-15, we hype our youngsters a lil more than other cricket playing nations, I guess.wow that's crazy. I'd honestly never heard of this guy. FC century at 14 and 1000 FC runs before he hit 18. What a sad loss. Was he hyped as much as Sachin and Kambli before his death?
Yep, I think so.Just to double check it is @Prince EWS next?
