Battle of the Wrestlers

Right, that's that round done with! Jeff goes down 8-2 to RVD, while Eddie nails a convincing 9-1 victory over Raven. Onto the last 16. These will be done one battle at a time.

Round 3, Battle 1:

Weighing in at two hundred and twenty five pounds, from El Paso, Texas.....Eddie Guerrero!

And his opponent, weighing in at two hundred and eighty pounds, from Long Island, New York.....'The Hardcore Legend', 'Mankind', 'Cactus Jack', 'Dude Love', Mick Foley!

Voting Foley as well, because as awesome a talent and a human being as Eddie was, he didn't do as much for the business as Foley has, and continues to do. Plus I have more good memories of watching Foley wrestle than I do of Eddie - and Foley's fall from the Cell at KOTR '98 remains the second most iconic moment in wrestling history. Very tough one to call, though.

Agree with Foley, but I want to know, what is the most iconic moment in wrestling history? Hogan's powerslam on Andre?

Yeah, that was what I was getting at. Everyone within the business says it's the biggest moment in the history of the industry.

'Taker by miles for me. One of the greatest. Certainly the greatest in-ring talent of all time in the 6-foot-8-plus category.

Taker takes it easily.

Goldberg is ****e, and his chances weren't helped by the fact that Mark is probably one of the most agile big-men in the business, even today, at 43+.
