Think I'll go for McCabe, given it was during Bodyline and all. Making 187* against a bowling attack and policy that halved Bradman's average can't be easy.

Could go either way, again.

Not quite fair on McCabe to face both innings, but you can't view Border's second innings apart from the first, because together it is possibly the best individual match-saving performance of all time. For that reason, I vote Border.

He would have been super-grumpy in this match, I bet. :laugh:

I was tempted to give it to Border for coaching Alderman to 21* in the 2nd innings. How tf did that happen? Then I spotted that Richards & Gomes bowled almost as many overs as Marshall, Garner, Daniel & Small combined in the 2nd innings, so iI'll vote for McCabe.

Bleh, I can take over if people don't mind. We're almost done, only a couple more rounds to go.
