Shastri's good, but Murali's better!

Coming to this thread late (as in, about half an hour ago), it was good to see Roy Dias mentioned - if his career had started ten years later, he'd have played dozens more Tests and probably have made the final list.

The same goes for Duleep Mendis, who my dad always rated very highly indeed.

If you care about ODI, you can click on the name and find out :p. I'll include ODI's when comparing players who've mainly only played ODI's.

Shastri was a good player and a top commentator IMO, but its has to be the Legendary but contriversial off-spinner.
