Surprised by the early negative comments on Kallis though the voting trend does not surprise me.

Obviously never saw Headley play, but got to go with the black Bradman. Anything over 60 is a great average, and it seems that like Lara after him, he had a lot of pressure on his shoulders as a great batsman within a pretty ordinary lineup.

And I have to share some of the skepticism of Kallis expressed in this thread. He strikes me as a bit of a red-inker, far more interested in his average at times than in going for a possible win, and has been observed batting at a glacial pace when moving on an innings was really needed. And I don't think much of his bowling.
