****ley, Hilfy, George, Hastings, ****ley, Magoffin, Mckay, Feldman would all be in the running to name some. Wouldn't pick O'Keefe as the spinner, isn't threatening enough for my liking. His batting is pretty good though so you never know, he could be in the team.

I know Dom was speaking to a few guys from SACA. Surprised he didn't sign itbt.
It's not to late for him to move though isn't it? You must be around grade cricketers alot? Because you seem to know and alot about the players.

The bowling looks good, but it lacks another quality option and you need one aswell with O'Keefe as the spinner. Batting goes all the way down to 10 though which is pretty gun. Would Mcdonald make this side? would balance it up much more.

Finch at 3 tbh aswell.

Phil Hughes would probably get a run tbh.

Hughes injured to have surgery.
I gather they would only take 13 players for the 2 t20's,probably 14 for the one dayers, predict stve smith to get a call up.

Yeah Kylez I was trying to find a 5th bowling option but couldn't think of anyone that I want to see.

Andyc, Hughes deserves a spot in a proper Aus A team, but I don't think the selectors will bother going for him. Soon find out I guess.

I reckon the Australian A squads will be announced in the next day or two. My little brother had a private coaching lesson with Trent Copeland today and it went really well, Trent had lots of good advice and some interesting points about fast bowling and some other things about himself, and by the sounds of it he is a good bloke aswell. He also said he is expecting to find out if he has been selected in the A series in the next day or two.

Probably going to meet him next week and I might even get lessons with my brother aswell, seeming as I bowl pace to. He helps with batting though to.

Flintoff to ignore Australia bids
By Oliver Brett

Flintoff will have missed about a year of cricket when he finally returns
Andrew Flintoff is not prepared to discuss the possibility of playing domestic Twenty20 cricket in Australia until he is fully fit.

There have been reports that state sides Queensland, Tasmania and Victoria are lining up bids to sign him.

But his spokesman Myles Hodgson told BBC Sport: "Nothing is on the horizon. We are not talking to anyone until he starts playing for Lancashire again."

A return to county duty in late July or early August remains Flintoff's target.

The 32-year-old all-rounder is currently training six hours a day from his new home in Dubai, combining regular gym work with swimming and kayaking.

He is a long way from fully testing the knee that has endured two operations since last summer's Ashes, though he did have a brief batting session in the Old Trafford nets after flying to Manchester in April for the county's pre-season media day.

606: DEBATE
When Flintoff returns from injury, where will he fit in the grand scheme of things?

Big Fella
Flintoff's last game of cricket was the Ashes finale at The Oval in August 2009.

He has retired from Tests, but has previously spoken of his desire to be "the best one-day cricketer in the world".

However England won the ICC World Twenty20 last Sunday without him, and will start building a squad for the 2011 World Cup with 14 summer one-day internationals scheduled against Scotland, Australia, Bangladesh and Pakistan.

The five-match series against Pakistan starts on 10 September - a date which will loom large in Flintoff's diary if he has designs on playing in the World Cup, which starts next February in the subcontinent.

Hodgson said Flintoff would consult a specialist to review his rehabilitation before making any decision on a precise date for his return with Lancashire.

South Australia just got rid of some dead wood, why would they want some more?
Hahaha, yeah I don't really want him at the Redbacks.

Good stuff kyle.
