There are no first innings points. You just get points depending on how many runs you score (I think 360 is the highest one).
End of Over 101 (1 runs). Flexibles: 590-10, runrate=5.84
Lead by 87 runs. (Four Pillars and Poor Fillers 503-8 dec)

Full batting and bowling points  Now to hold on for the draw.

Huckerby* 3 (3 balls)
Walters 21 (34 balls)
Last Wicket: Terry c. Moloto b. Meyer 0 (FOW: 104/9)

Hahaha, sooooooo lucky, It's my home game so I was hoping to stretch it over 3 days. I thought declaring at 600 would have left me with half a session or so left to bowl today, evidently not! Feel sorry for the poor suckers who'll walk in the gates tomorrow and in all likely hood see 1 over max.

Ugh, I'm ********. I didn't change my declaration total from the last game and only declared for 370. I've set all of my bowlers to aggressive and am hoping I can get them out for a lowish total tomorrow. They're 1/61 at the moment.

Finished the day at 1311/6. Greene (412) and Nkosinathi (243) let themselves and the team down badly by getting starts and not going on with it! I'm now in a bit of a fix...I have to decide whether to declare on this score, leaving a batsman stranded on 193*, or bat for a few overs tomorrow to see him through. I bowled the other team out for 28 in the first innings, but it took 35 overs. I'd say setting the declaration at 1330 should see me with enough time to get them out...we're going @ 7.10 an over. I don't want my bowlers batting for too long! Is setting the bowlers on aggressive a good idea? Last time I did this they just leaked runs, but did get a few breakthroughs. I guess 1300 will be enough to play with.

Will bat out the rest of the day, declare overnight (first over tomorrow). Then rolled them. Got over 100k today. Another 100k tomorrow and we might start making some profits soon.

Have only lost two wickets so far this morning which is a bit disappointing. I could do with getting out faster than this, otherwise it'll never be all over by today.

Edit: That's more like it! 2 wickets in 4 balls, 8 down now. Hopefully they'll enforce the follow on but I bet they don't.

Anyone else seeing big variations in their FC gates? 55k yesterday, 64k today. Yesterday was partially cloudy and humid, today just partially cloudy. Not a complaint, just interesting they go up and down that much.

Taken some early wickets, got two left to get for under 20 runs to deny the opposition a final batting point.

Immense effort by Browne, and Hamlin is always gun. Going to declare first-thing tomorrow morning and then see what damage we can do.

Hah! Denied him the batting point with four runs to spare. Oleary, as ever, doing the job.

End of Over 127 (Maiden). KFC Select XI: 356-10, runrate=2.80
Oleary 36-8-74-6
Rennie* 61 (109 balls)

It all now rather depends on how his more talented, but more tired bowlers perform. Either it's going to be a horrible collapse or this match is heading for a draw, I think. With all my batsmen set defensive I can't see me overhauling 350-odd by close of play.

Yeah, no follow-on respite for The Heath.
Nuts. Hopefully with my bowlers set on very attacking, popey cc will get to their declaration target in double quick time and skittle my guys again.

It pains me to speak like this. This is a dark week in the history of The Heath, but a man's got to do what a man's got to do in order to save PFL. I'm just glad that morale doesn't fall on a sliding scale depending on how embarrassingly you lose...

Playing against "The Lions" in my FC match up.

End of Over 33 (5 runs). Alternative XI: 126-0, runrate=3.82
Trail by 481 runs. (The Lions 607-3 dec)
Perry 8-3-26-0
Edgehill* 62 (101 balls)
Bullivant 61 (99 balls)

This is the first time i think i have passed 100 runs in a innings, if not for the entire match. Have always been putting in a feeble team on the park but this time luck is with me even though i don't want it at this stage.
