Seems to me that everything's up one level, barring numpty batting (no change) and spin (two levels). I think general consensus is that PAN-->GFI give you 1/2 to 2/3 extra ratings so, assuming TIE-->PAN is similar, it fits. Given that the spin rating may come from just one player, it could be that form or PFL variations have given it the extra level.Holy freaking crap, where did these ratings come from?
