Another example of the effect of stamina:

Stuart Hardy

Stamina: abysmal Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: strong Concentration: feeble
Bowling: worthless Consistency: worthless
Fielding: abysmal

M I R n.o. Ave SR HS C st 50s 100s
16 15 474 1 33.86 81.16 80* 2 0 3 0

With decent stamina that guy would average nearer 100 with 100 SR, unless they're in a really tough league. Basically anyone with abysmal stamina could score 20-30 50s before they convert 1 to hundred. Woeful stamina you'd convert a few more, but they'd slow up before they got there, with feeble stamina you'll have no problem converting 50s to 100s, but they'll usually tire noticeably once they've got that 100.

Stamina is obviously more important than concentration atm, i think that may be balanced a bit more up in FC

Yea I've got a similar player, my opener Shields who is currently 86* off 88 balls. He averages just over 50 tho, so not brilliant but pretty good.

Finished with 317-3, scored 86 off the last 10 which is okayish - 48 (without a wicket) off the penultimate 10 with a guy with a career ER of well over 7 bowling 5 of those overs, against two players well in was complete Battrick twaddle. The weather for the game is supposedly sunny, so not game over yet.

hmm...

46.2 W Elsegood to Steadhart
The batsmen seemed to be on completely different wave lengths, the striker going for the second while the other stopped at the single, leaving the latter at completely the wrong end. A bloomer if ever there was one!

So shouldn't that be 1W... I noticed on Battrick that it's always the striker that gets run out, as well as the new batsman always faces the strike even when it's a skied catch or run out (unless the wicket was off the last ball of the over).

Bowled Kipper XI out for 248 with the usual Battrick Collapse(TM) at the end to win by 69 runs. My openers both got steady tons, Emmanuel finishing with 6-22 bowling-wise.

Payton 2/37 (9.0)

They got off to a flyer, 0/121 after 19, but Mills put us back in with some tight bowling. For some reason a bowler who has.. basically, abysmal bowling and abysmal consistency - has bowled 10 overs. Not sure why, my all rounder (Knight) hasn't touched the ball.. Anyway, Wolfenden just got hit for 15 off his last over, 10-0-65-0 were his figures. F***ing dodgy piece of s*** :@
Language.

Won easily against a team who's reporter's summary I pretty much doubled. Made 341-2 batting first, 161* (147) for Cuss and 136 (133) for Berry. Knocked them over for 108 with all four bowlers (the fifth didn't bowl) taking wickets. Got my best allround reporter's summary ratings so far (moderate fitness):
Code:
 	[B]Asterix XI [/B]
Top Order: strong
Middle Order: respectable
Lower Order: abysmal
Seam Bowling: strong
Spin Bowling: competent
Fielding: competent
Will sacrifice this week's league match by TIEing so I can GFI the following week, should have pretty decent ratings by then.

A pretty high one I'd imagine. He's the manager of the West Indies national team so he's pretty good.

Can someone please remind me which kind of training improves stamina?

Speaking of stamina, I've got two players, both destructive batsmen, mediocre batting and feeble concentration.
Kenna, my opener who has competent stamina, averages 149.86 after 11 innings with 6 hundreds
Williamson, my number 3 who has woeful stamina, averages 86.85 after 7 innings with no hundreds and only 2 fifties
