Yeah, pretty happy with him. First-net pop too! Giving him 3 nets, 2x Batting and 1x Fitness. Hopefully get him to med/sup by the end of the season.

Personally, I reckon you should take Gedye off the second stamina net and give him a fielding net instead, so that he can get some decent consistency (and so he won't be a liability in the field).

Meh. I was going back and looking at my players earlier before, and Canning was only mediocre bat, respectable bowl when I pulled him, and rubbish secondaries. So if he's committed enough, he could turn him into a really gun allrounder, given that he's quite a bit better than Canning was at that stage. And like Ritchie said, he has respectable concentration.

Mcmillan had mediocre/abysmal bowling, he's now strong/prof. He's an allrounder, batting doesn't need to be as high IMO. I would go 1 fitness, 1 fielding, 2 bat and 2 bowl like Cameron said.

Hmm starting to question spreading my nets across 4 to 6 players. Maybe i should have just given some two primary nets. I guess if he gives him two batting nets with his other nets, he should be a gun.

For Gedye I'd give him a fielding net instead of the second stamina net as well. If he's going to be getting 6 nets it doesn't really matter how fast his stamina is rising as he won't be able to play anyway. The fielding net will also make his concentration pop quicker, which will make training his batting more worthwhile. That's assuming you're determined to give him six nets though, it's likely that some of those nets could be put to better use elsewhere.
