Just took two wickets in two balls to reduce my opponents to 111-4 after 21 overs on a sunny day & green pitch. I mixed up the orders a bit tho, so Pace is gonna be bowling at the death instead of Horne, who'll be bowling 20-29 instead.

Just like my match but the other way around and they need 7 runs an over with 8 wickets in hand. Ended up bowling them out in the last over and won by 13 runs. Baptiste got a 5fer (his first) and Dowall finished with four. Just waiting for ratings now.

Try looking at another team - you'll get an internal error, same as has been happening for each game-day.

The match engine has definitely been changed. The best team in Australia (based on last season) got rolled for 33. Way too many collapses, and not just in the final ten overs either. I think it's something to do with Allan making it harder for batsmen to end up with huge averages as he mentioned in the Q+A - seems to have gone overboard with the changes.

Leeds United got bowled out for 30 today and rolled by 10 wickets.

Though their ratings were awful as they've sold all their best players.

Yea, I'd been doling out collapses like that all last season (although that's severe even by Battrick standards), I could understand it to a point if it was because of experience - but since bowler experience should play a part as well then I figure there's no argument there either. Allan has obviously tweaked something lately, but there's obviously a fundamental flaw there in the engine which is being exaggerated and can start from ball 1 now - I would guess it's something to do with in-game morale or the like (there must be a factor like that that simply snowballs after a wicket or two and makes a collapse unstoppable)

Bowled them out for 182 in the end, decent result after they were 111-2 (Nelson struck twice). Pace 7-2-24-4 in his first game as a quality bowler, Lisbie 6-1-14-5. The rest of the bowling was fairly crap.
