Bit of a leap that last one... Anyway what sort of percentage of members turn up for home fixtures?

You won't make a profit every week, because you only have home games every second week. I lose over 30k each week I don't have a home match. You should be making a fortnightly profit though, what are you player and staff wages like?
This week:

Ground Maintenance: 7,740
Salaries: 5,661
Interest: 0
Miscellaneous: 3,000
staff : 33,500
Youth Academy: 4,000

Total Expenditure: 53,901

Last week i lost alot of money even though i was at home, with miscellaneous costing $71,000

The only things that contribute to miscellaneous expenses are transfers, youth pulls and ground expansion. Youth pulls are only 500 pounds, I assume you haven't expanded your ground yet, so you must've bought some players on the transfer market I guess. When you're not buying players you should make a decent fortnightly profit, especially with such a low expenditure. Mine's over 102k per week. :(

It would be heavily dependent on members' confidence I think. Assuming their confidence is high, it's probably over 70% - teams in my league (who presumably have a similar number of members to me, i.e. 1000-1100) have been selling out grounds with 700 members seats in their most recent league matches. Earlier in the season when their members' confidence wouldn't have been as high, they had much lower attendances. I've just expanded my ground to 17,500 (700 members seats), so hopefully it'll sell out as well.

ahh ok thanks for clearing that up, though transfers would just be taken from your total and not included

Yep, you challenged me first... I was just wondering who Bombers Forever was.
Anyway.. Friendlies are always on take it easy, you don't have a choice in it. I'll probably play a basic 2nd XI with one or two players from my first choice squad that are new purchases

With my current record 7-1 and 223,466 in the bank do you guys reckon I should be doing some ground upgrades? I figure I should do some now before I move up to a league with real teams in it where I might get beaten and make less money
