Some nice pops on my all-rounder... can take 2 nets off him now. Still won't be very effective as a bowler tho with that stamina.
Great player...until i saw that crap stamina. suprised your training someone that old.

They're only 22, anyway I'm just training them til they pop in their bowling/batting/cons. I knew from the wage they'd pop quickly (that was their second week of training). Bowling might take a while now tho because of the others being so fast. The stamina isn't as much as a problem as it appears because they're only a medium pacer anyway.

I suppose, still a 22yr old would be like 15 weeks with one net

Still get more bang for your buck than when you give 2 nets to a 17yo. 2 nets x 8 weeks = 16 nets.

Training older players is a better long term strategy than stacking nets on younger players, though both have their pro's and con's.

Well seeing as i never stack nets on one player i wouldn't know too much about this. But i guess its a choice of aiming for short term or long term benefit.

Canning's already on two batting, two bowling and fielding net for me. I'm thinking I should up it to three bowling nets, but do you guys reckon it's worth it, or should I give him a fitness net instead?

3rd primary nets are a waste of time in my opinion. If they're not playing (which at fatigued PFL I hope not) you should train them up to superb stamina, in future this will allow you to train them and play them at the same time - also fitness training has a bigger PFL hit than standard nets, so you want to get those out of the way as soon as possible (that's why I train 4 players on stamina at the end of the season and off-season).

AndyC, Lovegroves PFL is back to energetic so he went up 1 level in 2 updates.
Oh thanks. So that's around three increases per week, which is much better than I get with respectable stamina (just the one increase). Interesting.

Didn't want a spinner. I've made some offers for players so depending on those I'll deicde what to do with him. Might train him up a bit then sell one of my two spinners I have now who have higher stamina atm. That's pretty much all they have over him.
