Just out of curiosity, how much ITS can you put into one player? It changes with age, doesn't it?

Excellent..
Agree with you 100% there. Most people will realise there is little point in putting alot of nets on one player as he will be unable to play for a long time and could compromise the teams future. I have a mate who had been putting 10 nets on one of his players and then when the fitness changes occured his fitness dropped five levels. His now had to rethink and change his nets.Adamc said:I don't think it will kill off heavy training of youngsters completely, there are a lot of teams at the moment who still do well without having to use their NT players at all (especially in lower divisions).
What it will probably mean though is that ten nets on one player will become impossible to maintain unless he doesn't play at all. From what I've seen, ten nets results in a three to four level fitness drop (I'm not convinced that this is working properly though, as Cloete's player hardly dropped at all), and players don't seem to recover that much fitness over a week, so it will be practically impossible to improve fitness without reducing training. Still, it should mean that there are very few players who will ever reach elite primaries, which is a good thing IMO.
