Welcome, Trevor. Your team looks pretty good, alot of "well-rounded" players. I have a few 'primary jocks', ie; resp bat, woeful stamina & conc.
1. It depends how badly you want a spinner? You could probably just sit back on the 300k and get interest on it, accumulate even more money as the season goes on.
2. I don't really care much for keepers. My keeper is has feeble keeping
3. Not sure? Depends on your league. It really varies from league to league. Some will be easy, some will be impossible.
4. I'm training my best bowler, who is 20yo, to get him up to Strong bowling. It's really up to you, if you have better players to give the nets to.

Draper, Mofokeng and Chorley are my youth players. Mofokeng being the YP for this week and Draper being my first youth player midway last season. Through some mismanagement he didn't get enough training sessions but that's sorted now so hopefully he can improve. Chorley came in at the end of the season. Elton and Patterson are my highest runscorers with Elsegood and Butcher the best wickettakers. In fact the bowlers are pretty much even in terms of wickets and the like.

I'll join in the party then, though I'll refrain from showing secondaries and stamina as they're crap (though I've finally got most of them to feeble+ now).
Got a few respectable batsmen and one respectable bowler as backup. Cuss and Malik are very close to popping in batting, Badley should pop in bowling this week or next. Reasonably happy with the lineup, though it's probably the worst in my league apart from the bots.
The main problem is that I can only see four or five players who will be in my team in say two seasons (assuming I don't sell them). Cuss will obviously, planning on training Wynand and Badley up to superb by the end of the season, will keep training Malik up to competent/strong with good secondaries, and Gillespie might still be in the side though he won't be anywhere near as effective. Trying to sell Berry at the moment, hopefully buy a high-strong or superb batsman from the proceeds though they're hard to find on the transfer market.
