1 pop for me:

Colin Thorpe - 17 yo, BT Rating=4,065
RH Batsman, RFM Bowler, proficient batting form, superb bowling form, invigorated
A defensive player with proficient leadership skills and woeful experience.
Stamina: mediocre Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: respectable Concentration: feeble
Bowling: worthless Consistency: worthless
Fielding: abysmal

His stamina net now goes to my fm bowler Woods, who has feeble stamina. I want to get everyone in my squad up to at least mediocre stamina by the end of the season and then go from there.

My Prof/Med sold for a shade under £900k -- not bad for two weeks' nets. I think it might even have been our very own Alternative who got him.
Indeed it was me, stupid knob kept bidding on him so it went to almost 900 or else would have got him for around 800 ish.

Popless again except for Armstrong's experience pop that I noticed on Sunday anyway.

I've decided I'm going to do a bit of selling and buying again, so I'll be selling these two:

Steven Obrien - 20 yo, BT Rating=19,076
RH Batsman, RFM Bowler, superb batting form, respectable bowling form, sublime
A steady player with woeful leadership skills and feeble experience.
Stamina: mediocre Wicket Keeping: woeful
Batting: quality Concentration: strong
Bowling: worthless Consistency: worthless
Fielding: feeble

Mike Tawanda - 18 yo, BT Rating=14,161
RH Batsman, RM Bowler, respectable batting form, superb bowling form, sublime
An attacking player with abysmal leadership skills and abysmal experience.
Stamina: respectable Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: superb Concentration: respectable
Bowling: abysmal Consistency: abysmal
Fielding: abysmal

Tawanda hasn't popped to superb yet, but he will do shortly. I'll probably list Obrien for 4.2m and Tawanda for 3.5m. Depending what's on the market I might list someone else as well as I'll probably be a bit short of gun player finances which is where all the value is.

For instance I'd happily buy someone like this:

1. Kieran Cook £9,000,000 (opening price)
Plays for: Fontefield Hatclose Stamina: strong W/Keeping: abysmal
Age: 22 years old Batting: abysmal Concentration: respectable
BT Rating: 100,157 Bowling: exquisite Consistency: sensational
Deadline: 09/07/2007 14:11 Fielding: superb

I'm not complaining!

He's absolute bottom-level Proficient bowling, unfortunately, and it only took 2 weeks of training, so he may not be far from bottom-level Mediocre consistency either. Good luck with him.

His BTR isn't too bad, if his consistency is low his stamina will be high etc.

If you look at the market most profs go for around 900k anyway (except for the really old ones).

Haha, a question to the Englishmen amongst us - do you all get your kicks out of spamming forums? Or is it just in Hampshire? ;)
