A pretty average performance so far by my boys on a H+F wicket.

The Heath CC: 190-8 (35 overs)

They've scored at a good rate but the only batsman who has gone on to do anything has been Grant, who made 94. It's going to take a good bowling effort to win this game.

Won my cup match pretty easierly rolled them for 204. Sisk (4/30) and Sishayi (3/44) ran through there top order. I played them on v.attacking for the first time and it worked well. Might try it again in the future against top order that are weaker then them. Muralitharan ran through their tail (2/43 off 9), his starting take wickets a lot more regularly this season. 3 seasons of training is paying off slowly, hopefully his batting form continues as well.

Knocked the runs over with 9 overs to spare, with Lucus top scoring with 94 and Quintin getting 69. Clayton fell early for 37. I got a Div II bot next week at home, i should win on TIE. If i do it will be the first time i have made it into the 5th round.

Eventually bowled some meh side out for 165 on a dusty pitch, most of those wickets were in the last 10 - Summers took 5-1-21-0 or something in his opening spell but ended with 6-fer.

Now 46-0 off 6.

Wheat completed his unlikely century off the next ball.

Heading for a big defeat here - they're 145-0 chasing 213 with 18 overs to go. Still, they seem to be playing their first team whereas I've experimented with new players, pitches and orders. None of which have worked, apparently.

Got up in a GFI against a team I expected to lose to, chasing 340odd so at least I get a home game this season.

Also sold another reserve for more money than expected, so up to £2.7m :)
