I assumed in reading this that it would have been one team going from 1/290 to 10/292 and the chasing team going from 1/289 to 10/291 or something, the collapse in that game wasnt that bad, well it was, but i have seen many like it, and the second team didnt have a collapse, just got utterly dominated.

Wouldnt those score lines i mentioned suck, if it happened to me, a tear would run down my cheek, as i yelled obscenities at everything and everyone around me.

The Heath CC: 304-3 - Sutton 130 (133 balls) Grant 115 (140)
Lyon CABRONES: 205ao - Marrison 5-51 (8) Davison 3-44 (10)

Another good win for my side, taking us to the top of our league. Good to see my first centuries scored, as Grant and Sutton put on 248 for the 2nd wicket after Gardiner fell first ball.

Marrison finished off the tail but was pretty expensive, and Davison bowled well in what was a bit of an experiment.

I beat Xuhaib's Xen Cobras, probably going to be my only win for season, unless i can beat him again next time we meet. Muralitharan continues to impress and improve. Jeithoon continues to under perform. Star city for all my batsmen, the top 4 all made starts but only Quintin got a 50.

it was an embarassing day for whenuapai cc. that is all
Haha, ouch. Was pretty bad for me too, got bundled out for 152 after none of the top order managed a big score. Probably would have lost even if Whitehorne had bowled instead of Osman (0-63).

Cruised to a TIE win and selling off my spares so I can hopefully build a fund for the future as I really should win my league comfortably.

Playing a friendly against one of the teams that beat me in the 20/20 comp. Bowling first and I'm doing ok at the moment. I just need my bowlers to be a bit more economical.

End of Over 11: 61-3, runrate=5.55
Gordon 6-0-35-2
Barnard* 31 (25 balls)
Bailey 5 (11 balls)

:-O

First quality seam rating for me. Batting ratings are a bit low as Canning was down the order because I didn't want him batting, while trainee Bill "The King" Burger played his first innings for the Ponies

Had them at 156/6. But they've really recovered. Hopefully my bowlers can keep them to under 300.
