Haha direeee. I opened with Canning and Tedstone on Dwyer's request and so wasn't really expecting much from them. Still thought we could have chased down 70. Can comfortably say it's the last time I'll have them opening.

I've just started with Battrick with a team relegated from England V and am playing my first match (friendly) against a team just promoted to the Indian 4th Division

I'm batting and currently 184-5 off 42 overs which I'm quite pleased with. Bartlett 80* off 107 balls on an uneven pitch

All out for 215 in the last over. Disappointed I didn't see out the 50 overs but pretty happy with that for a first effort against a side that's presumably better than mine.

Being forth means:
First match is away to 3rd. This is followed by a nice little stretch of home games, 5th (home), 1st (away), 7th (home), 8th (home). This sets you up nicely for some early season cash to maybe splash on a nice youth player.

I have 400k atm. (plus a bid of 200k on one of my players)

Obviously I would upgrade a day before my first away game.
