Damn Mallett seems really underrated. After almost making into two teams before ahead of Mailey..... His record looked quite consistent to me really.

Mallett didn't actually not make it two teams ago ahead of Mailey. They were tied on 2 votes and Ataraxia had already voted before he became admin (so no tie-breaker)

Yeah, more for that. He chooses Mailey as he had voted Mallett previously.....

Because he had already choosed Mallett so he removed his vote as the poll runner.
