Richo debuted in 1993, he played in the same era as Silvagni and Jakovich so I don't see what point that makes, and since he's taken more contested marks than anyone from 1995-2006, he's beaten all the other great full backs of the past 8-10 years as well, and consistently. Mal Michael and Dustin Fletcher always have trouble against Richo, so its not like he only ever destroys crap defences like Carlton. In fact the only full back that consistently beats Richo is Hudghton, and that's for reasons I will never know because Richo is bigger, stronger and faster. Hudghton is just a very smart full back, and very underrated.
And Livingston didn't even play for Carlton last night, he doesn't even make their best 22. I'm guessing you meant Thornton and Lance Whitnall.
And for the record, I've never once said Richo is better than Ablett or Carey, who are the two greatest footballers I've ever seen. I said he's been the best consistent mark over the past decade and a bit. On a match to match basis Carey is obviously better.
