I must admit, the thrill of a six kind of dissapeared when they were hit every stinking over.
Exactly. Bring NSW over to the WACA and we'll show 'em how to doctor a pitch. At least it won't be in favour of sixes every bloody ball.

Yeah I agree that pitch was just insanely flat.. not a good cricket wicket.

God I hate to think what say Ponting or Gilly could have done on that pitch & ground !!!

If you don't know who Weeks is, ask Corey - there is a fair chance you might know him by seasons end.
Six overs for 44 - I bet the Victorian batsmen would like to see more of him.

Beau Casson has a healthy 2/23 off 10 overs. Compares well with Hogg's 2/42 off 10. Good to see WA doing so well against NSW, but this 9th wicket is getting annoying.

Im a little confused with the start of WA's season... Im not used to 4-day success :|

I have plenty of faith. I was there at their first win of the season last year.
Granted, I didnt actually think they would win.

Exactly! WA are a top bet this season, I reckon.

I'd wait until they play a team other than Tassie or N.S.W. I think all teams will get outright points against these two.

I'll gladly take your money Mister Wright. I believe it will be a WA v QLD final with WA coming up trumps.

Need I remind you that any points at this stage are an improvement on last year?

Did Thorenly really hit 200 odd with 18 x4 9x6 !!
Certainly did. Thornely made 204 not out. He took 349 minutes to score his double century and it came off 306 balls. Along the way he hit 18 four's and 9 sixes.

Sadly for him, the best his team mates could do was score another 147 with Haddin the next best scorer with 45.

Really good innings, but he was the only one that scored. If others had it could have been a really high total.
