    IPL 2015 Thread

Not much proper Cricket on outside of Asia today, but anyway glad to see my team CSK doing so well, Bazza is such a gun player for us, he's maintaining his form from the World Cup.

    IPL 2015 Thread

Fantastic thread, it's been a great tournament so far! RCB are too reliant on their big 3 and the bowling looks light they badly look light to me. CSK are my team and I feel we have a great chance this year but there are some god teams going around!

    Please piss off ECB

On that basis I support 4 day Tests, I am apathetic to the proposals otherwise, although I do feel that 40 overs a side is not good for the game! We just had a great 50 over World Cup if it aint broke dont fix it!!

Final - New Zealand v Australia (29th March)

Congratulations to New Zealand on their amazing run to the final, a very unfortunate result today but such is sport you can't really fault Bazza for wanting his team to play the way that took them to the final.

    Clarke announces ODI retirement.

Huge difference between could be and will be though, once you make an announcement you are deviating attention from what matters most and that is the team, I respect Clarke a lot as a player and love watching him bat, but he's got this wrong ImO

    Clarke announces ODI retirement.

Exactly, it's become the Clarke show, it was the same before the World Cup, will he be fit won't he be fit? Dominated headlines and threatened to derail a stable team. A great player but also a very selfish one IMO.

    Clarke announces ODI retirement.

Pretty selfish to announce this the day before the final, he could have either announced this at the start of the tournament or after the final, now yet again he has made this the Michael Clarke show

Final - New Zealand v Australia (29th March)

Well their captain certainly is.... McCullum's letter to Indian fans: To beat Australia, we need you too - Firstpost

Final - New Zealand v Australia (29th March)

I am supporting New Zealand for this, I love the brand of Cricket they have played all tournament, all out attack that's how Cricket should be played, they deserve a first World Cup title, but they can take anything for granted against Australia.

    2nd Semi Final - Australia v India (26th March)

Congrats to the Australian team and their fans they deserve to be in the final. As for us, we played well to make the semis, we weren't good enough yesterday, we know that, we have the makings of a very good ODI team but at that level if you are 2% off your game then you won't beat a decent...

1st Semi Final - New Zealand v South Africa (24th March)

Congratulations to New Zealand, the best team won no doubt about that. Bazza has played a thoroughly entertaining brand of Cricket to lead his team to their first final, well deserved. South Africa looked very up and down all tournament, if they had won today it would have been a bit of a...

    14th Match - England v Scotland

England played us in a tri series which we used as a warm up playing the Ike's of Raydu and letting Kohli bat at 4 we a different team in icc events as shown here so far! We only lost one match ODI I. Our last two global icc odi events and went onto win both. Also shami leading odi wicket taker...

    14th Match - England v Scotland

A picture of the defending champions fielding isn't relevant to this but intersting the much vaunted sA attack only managed one 50 against us.

    14th Match - England v Scotland

To think Ali and Bell were made to look like a amateurs v New Zealand now it's fill your boots time what's basically a club level team! Great that Minnows are not allowed into 2019 WC I am all for expanding our sport but not if it means cheapening the standard ofODIS

    14th Match - England v Scotland

To call this an ODI is a disgrace England against the two test playing g teams they have looked like boys against men yet suddenly against a minnow they are getting cheap runs this match should barely qualify as list A does anyone here believe that a 100 against Scotland is as big an...

    14th Match - England v Scotland

Pressure really on England batting first here, if they lose a couple early poles in these swinging conditions they won't know whether to stick or twist and Scotland may end up with a score they fed They can chase!

    14th Match - England v Scotland

Both let me watch a bit, I prefer 3 am start as I can wake up at 5 am and watch for a couple of hours before getting ready and leave for work. 10 pm I can only watch an hour or so then when I wake up it's all over!

    14th Match - England v Scotland

In a strange way, England's woeful form makes them more dangerous v a minnow like Scotland. Often when Test playing teams play minnow they eye up such encounters as an opportunity not just to earn points but to massive boost their net run rate, New Zealand did so against Scotland but lost 7...

    13th Match - India v South Africa

Excellent all round performance. This is why even during the tri-series I said that I remained confident that we would defend our title. We are an excellent limited overs team and raise our game in ICC global events having only lost 2 games in our last two matches. Dhawan looks a different...

    12th Match - Afghanistan v Sri Lanka

I hear your point I just feel if we take on something like technology we need to embrace it fully,I am also a a Tennis fan and hawkeye has been used there, the reasons it's successful is because even if the ball just clips the line according to hawkeye it's in there is no umpires call, the...
