Oh Cricinfo still has the full scoreboards, but they are only available after the match. The New Zealand link on the left, and click on Domestic Competitions. All the previous archives and statistics are now stored at Cricinfo.

Tendulkar slips out of top 10 in Test ratings

Like Tim said, look at the bloody stats. Suggest a better system then. Tendulkar has had a lean trout this year and all the batsmen in the Top 10 has had a better year. The rankings take more into account current form not as much as overall.

Oh yeah, Marshall has shone great temperament in the dead ODI's. His 100 was achieved when Inzy wasn't applying his first choice bowlers. ODI's are different in Tests. Totally different. You cannot pick someone because of his ODI form. As some players in history have shown, you don't need to...

Fleming has batted at 4 in Tests 45 times and at 3 25 times. Astle usually bats at 5 and McMillan 6. That is where he got his quick fire double century at. Astle played at 5 43 times and at 4 only 16 times. http://www.cricmania.com/DB/stats.php?user=rs01&name=Stephen+Fleming...

    England Academy - NZ A - Australia A - India A - And everyone else's second tiers...

EG J Marshall has a F/C top score of 235, Horsley 159 so they can put it together and are both in their early 20s - plenty of time to develop further. So far as being too slow goes what pace did you think Astle bowls at or the likes of Coney???? Another of my criticisms is that the NZ bowling...

Wilson has been scintillating preseason form with the Otago, hitting scores of 57* off 38 balls, 96* off 82 balls and those are the only innings he has had batting and he has also had 2 five wicket bags. Wilson is better than Adams at actual batting. Adams is a slog while Wilson can actually...

Every medium pacer in NZ has outstanding First Class bowling stats but that doesn't mean that are great bowlers. Walker and Canning will never make it to the Test scene and be threatening bowlers.

Ummm.....J Marshall, Horsley, Ingram haven't performed. Perhaps you should actually see some scorecards before you name them. Orchard is an allrounder. Broom has a big future but hasn't been around enough. Sheed as a lower order? He is a batsman and doesn't bowl. He is a middle order...

Jeez anzac. It's too early in the season anyway. Who would he replace? No one. When Astle comes back the positions will be solid. There are others who have performed more consistently than him.

What the hell you on huh? What Test series? Marshall has not gotten a century in 69 first class innings IN NZ CONDITIONS. Enough said. If he is so good as you put it, why hasn't he continued that 40* form to now? He has done nothing in the 2 to 3 years since that South African tour. Jones...

Don't worry Tim, we will never see Nevin again! Not unless McCullum, Hart, Papps all ARE INJURED! And I forgot to list the batsmen that will have to be injured for him to come into the side as a specialist batsman...

So, Anzac you would rather have Marshall (who has not shown an ability to bat for a long period of time) over Chris Cairns (4 Test centuries) in terms of batting? Good squad from Bracewell. Jones is a solid option at the top for us if Fleming is injured. McIntosh should have another first-class...

If Fleming is out. McMillan will be the Test captain, is what I have heard so far.

Don't know where you heard that from. Cairns wants to be the Test captain if Fleming is not available.

Xactly. I would rather have him than Adams. :cool2:
