Definitely much improved in T20s at least.

Group A - India, Pakistan, Ireland, Canada, United States

Pakistan should first try to find 6 decent bats - you can find modern T20 bats as stage 2. Just 6 guys who can actually hold a bat first.

Worse batting line up in the world by far. Including most of the associates.

Group B - England, Australia, Namibia, Scotland, Oman

Whatever happens today, England have the correct approach to T20. It's all out attack 1-8.

Group D - South Africa, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Netherlands, Nepal

Are the Saffers definitely through now? I haven't followed this WC as closely as usual owing to work scheduling.

How would you rank the greatest test teams of all-time?

In the modern era [70-now], there have been 3 truly great sides meaning they ruled the roost [almost] everywhere. The late 70s-mid 90s WI, mid 90s to mid 00's Australia and somewhat behind them SA in the late 00s to mid 10s.

USA deserve to go through, Pakistan deserve to go out. Pakistan need a huge reboot. New players suited to the new era. The team may fail for a while but it's better to let youngsters grow than persist with the crap it's fielding now.

Group B - England, Australia, Namibia, Scotland, Oman

The hitting power of the top 5/6 is insane. Yes, it is Oman but the quality of the hitting is awesome.

    Chasing this inside 3 overs?

Group D - South Africa, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Netherlands, Nepal

Rooting for the Dutch here. They are a frequent enough fixture in global events nowadays as to be part of the furniture.
