Group 1 (Afghanistan, Australia, England, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Ireland)

Bhanuka is my favourite T 20 cricketer in the world.

Early days NZ looks odd on favourite to win. I am surprised by this during the Tri series couple weeks back I though they looked short of gallop to be considered among top 4 prospects. Seems they have peaked well.

Cricket Conspiracies : Was the 2003 CWC speed gun broken ?

He was furiously quick in the odi series vs NZ 12 months earlier where he clocked 161.6. ICC I refused to give it an official status as they did not approve the accuracy of the localy produced speed gun. I think they wanted the first 100 MPH ball to be delivered at an ICC tournamnent for...

Cricket Conspiracies : Was the 2003 CWC speed gun broken ?

I am not sure the Nik Knight ball that actually recorded 100.4.mph was really that quick. I have seen atleast two dozen deliveries from Akhtar that looked and should be quicker then that ball.

Most unceremonious exits from international cricket

Nah he had a bad game but the entire South African side full of legends all lined up to pay respects as he walked in to bat.

Most unceremonious exits from international cricket

Wasim Akram, Waqar Younis, Saeed Anwar Last match was a rained off no result vs Zim at WC 03 as Pakistan ended their disaster campaign with a whimper.
  7. Xuhaib

Group 2 (Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Netherlands)

Hehe I knew this game was the banana peel. Bouncy Perth, decent Zimbabwe side and a heartbreak of the last game. Pakistan was ripe to do a Pakistan.
  8. Xuhaib

Group 2 (Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Netherlands)

Yeah I don't back this batting line up on this spicy pitch
  9. Xuhaib

Group 2 (Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Netherlands)

Wasim Jr looks like a young Tom Cruise. Decent talent aswel.

Rauf seems to be improving as well as getting faster at a very quick rate which is a surprise as he is already 29 not the best age when Pakistani pacers get good. Not bad for a domino's pizza delivery guy who randomly decided to have a go for Lahore Qalandars open trials 5 years back as he...

Group 1 (Afghanistan, Australia, England, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Ireland)

I think England was winning comfortably had the match continued but still well done to Irish. Are they leading England in World cup encounters?

Group 1 (Afghanistan, Australia, England, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Ireland)

MCG has to be one the best T 20 pitches I have ever seen. Maybe could do more for spin but Shadab showed a good Spinner can still play a role, pacers are always in the game and you need a genuine quality player like Kohli to get a decent score. Slog merchants can be kept quite with good pace...

Yeah Stoinis is decent there are other bigger problems in this Aus side then him.

Trust Lanka to be suddenly awesome in a pressure game.

    The Greatest Overs Ever

I think it's simple pressure got to him even India did not bat well in the last over Pandaya, DK both got out carelessly even Kohli bowled on a free hit he was legit beaten. Its just that we were more terrible.
  16. Xuhaib

    The Greatest Overs Ever

I know it was not a great over but he was on a hiding to nothing. The momentum had completely shifted, he was asked to bowl like a medium pacer with the keeper standing back. I don't blame the poor guy that he choked.

Battle of the Bashers: Sehwag vs Gilchrist

Sehwag. I think Sehwag is little underrated sure he has holes in his record but his big scores also brought more value to the team then compare to a guy who got his runs at a normal SR 45-55 so it evens out.

    Cummins vs Bumrah

Cummins is best bowler in the world. Rabada and Bumrah are 2a & 2b. The most awesome thing is uncle Jimmy at 40 is #3.

Yeah my cousins watching with me were all having a go at Rauf. I told them sometimes you just stand up and applaud greatness when it's happening infront of you. The only thing I will suggest to Rauf is stick to his full pace in aus the true nature of pitches here means his cutters variation...
