Bowling attack gets a wakeup call for once. Cannot fault Forner despite his economy, McNamara E must be due back shortly? Tough break for Read and Corrin who both, once again, batted immensely.

Players who played way more internationals than they should

Lol, easy to say that in hindsight but with the combined facts that he performed fairly well in the domestic OD competition plus was scoring runs in Test matches, combined with the pressure he himself was putting on the selectors to give him a run in the ODI side (I remember hearing stories that...

Yeah aswell as Richards. Satisfied with my own game but it was these four that really killed England, added in a few early scalps in each inning for Watt & Davis.

Ottis Gibson quits England for Windies role

I was really excited about Fletcher when I saw him batting in all that Stanford ****, but when he got his promotion he looked horribly out of his depth. I'm confident he will be back and eventually make it at the top level but he needs to put on some big runs at domestic level before he can...

    The Green Thread

Hey skipper i'm not sure whether you wanna listen to me or not lol but I like Read at around the 7/8 mark in FC matches. He did well there pre-season and would like to see Garven, Hawker & possibly Raftery coming in before him.

Oh OK my mistake, could not recall that but after some quick research I see you performed very well in both forms on the last CW 'A' tour. Guess I can be excused seeing as it was a good 10 months or so ago, lol

Definitely questionable selecting people like Ritchie & Heads instead of players like Mamesh, Kearsley & Towns - but at the end of the day it's the selectors wanting to try out some new form players at a higher level and you cannot argue with that logic. Interesting to see Watt get the call up...

Great game, top four as solid as ever. Can't help thinking that we probably should have got there though. Amazing stuff from Manju again, oh and I think JMac should be bowling his quota of 10 every single match barring nothing

I think we were discussing potential options for the Australian series, don't get me wrong I think Yovich is quite a good FC allrounder, but his bowling will never be of international quality - that is his main knock... Nathan McCullum is a potential one for the future maybe, he actually did...

    Haiti Charity Match?

The form dev league all rounder wishes to make himself available. $10,000 for every sign at the ground with my name on

Wow, I knew I was batting above Corrin for a reason, after averaging about 15 prior:laugh: FC hundred number 10 and my new H/S. Great effort from Hawker aswell, looks like someone who really kicks on when he gets a start

I dunno England will be alot more classy than these dev league bunnies :p Nice to see a good green presence there, hopefully Scott & Cribb can put a few on the board. Pretty happy that Rose has been released too, need him leading the green seam attack
