  • I do see the resemblance. May have to mock up KP with a beard and Nannes with eyebrows!

He's a Worcestershire legend. Has an incredible record. Over 41000 FC runs with 136 centuries at 52 and then over 20000 List A runs with 40 hundreds at 41. His mediocre International record is very disappointing, he should have been a brilliant Test player.
Not sure, I've seen some pretty rapid deliveries, but that one's certainly up there. Seemed to get down to Ganguly's end incredibly quickly.
That's a quality side mate. Ambrose, Warne and Murali in a bowling attack would eat up batting line-ups in all forms. Nice picking.
Off-season net sessions always start off slow, sure you'll find your form once you get abit more practise in. Can't really do much about those deliveries that just roll though, I faced one of them at the weekend, just pitched and rolled down the wicket, luckily it was outside off.

Onions and Harmison > Hughes and Ponting ;)
Quality video that KP one. The Switch Hit at the end was awesome.

You'd have been proud today. I was talking up Sir Phillip Hughes in a discussion with Howsie as he said that some Kane Williamson fella will be better than Hughes in 2-3 years.
    look at this...

YouTube - Wasim Akram 2 wickets

    amazing

and look at this ball from bond

YouTube - Shane Bond vs Ganguly

do you think thts the quickest ball ever bowled? look how fast from hand release 2 hitting the stump
Yeh it's going alright. Bowling quicker than last year, picked up 2/15 off 5.3 yesterday. Got 6 wickets at 19 for the season, economy of 4.2. Been decent in the field as well, managed an awesome run out yesterday. Fielding at fine leg after bowling, keeper missed it, I sprinted round, picked up with 1 hand and threw off balance and hit middle stump running the bloke out easily. Twas a good game for me yesterday. 22* with the bat, 2fer with the ball and a run out. Niiice.
Lol, thanks =] Hopefully I'll be pushing for a move up the order now, still batting at #8 =/ 2 of the blokes from the opposition team said I should be opening, said I've got the technique to make a good opener, 2nd time I've been told that this season. The skipper better start taking note! We'll soon be opening together for Essex when you're over here as Overseas player ;)
Mate. You'd be proud. Made another few runs today, a match winning 22*. Smacked one of their opening bowlers straight back over his head for 2 fours and hit a square drive for four. Averaging 59 in league cricket now and am the highest run scorer for my team, the B Team. I think I've come on nicely from the 4 consecutive ducks in 2007!
Not convinced mate. I think if Fred plays all 5 Tests he'll score more runs than Johnson. He looked in tremendous touch last night, smacked 93 off about 40 balls batting a 5 in the T20 Cup. Was an awesome display of hitting. If he can keep scoring runs for Lancs he'll come into the series with genuine batting confidence, and a confident Flintoff is always seriously dangerous!

Eyebrows? Think you mean Eyebrow haha.
Doubt that, Steyn's still quite far ahead of anyone else in the world in Tests, but I can definitely see Siddle having a quality series. I'm quite worried about your bowling attack tbh. Well, Johnson, Siddle and Clark anyway, not particularly worried about Hilfenhaus, Hauritz or Lee. Especially the last 2.
Least he was done by a bowler in the middle of a glorious spell of fast bowling. Your boys were reduced to 114/5 by Pepler Sandri and Luke Wright. That is the definition of fail right there. Lucky that your lower order know how to handle a bat really.
He mentioned to me on MSN a while back that he's been on here before. Not sure of his user though. I certainly didn't tell him to join recently.

I'm not really interested in them tbh, and I've already got TEW 05 I think.
I didn't tell him to join actually. He was a member before I joined, as he mentioned to me ages ago that he was on here and didn't really like it. I've not even spoken to him since he was banned from PC.
I think he's wrong. You don't come back from a very poor debut Test tour in Sri Lanka and hit 3 hundreds in 3 innings without having the mental strength to perform at the highest level. Sure they were against the Windies, but no-one else managed to make 3 big scores in 3 innings. Hopefully Rav'll prove you and Warne wrong. He's certainly not a hack either, technically very good, hopefully he'll make the most of his massive ability.
Was mainly Holdenator and Highlander handing out the actual insults. The rest of us were just mocking them in a jokey way, which actually wound them up more than the insults. Was bloody funny.
