  • We have taken a look at that post, and don't think that any action is required over it. I know the argument is going round in circles, but I think from the last warning onwards the level of debate is okay.
Of course it's important to note who started it. However, I have to emphasize again that it's not ok to retaliate, no matter how much you are provoked. You are supposed to report the post. In this case, a mod specifically asked you to stop and neither of you did. Hence the warning. And if that other member continues with his behavior, then he will certainly face more infractions and a ban.
He didn't get away with anything. He was warned, just like you were. Also, your warning infraction is just that - a warning. It doesn't carry points with it that can potentially lead to a ban. Look mate, while I understand getting frustrated if you think someone is insulting you, the right way to handle it is to report those posts. Responding in an equally negative manner only derails the thread. You were both asked specifically by a mod to not do that. You even acknowledged that post by him, yet went right back to the negative posting. That sort of back and forth takes away from the enjoyment of the thread. You are most welcome to report posts when you feel someone is insulting you. The mods will take a look at them and if any action is waranted, we will.
The posts that you reported are prior to both of you receiving the warning. We've already taken action on those posts - the warning itself. I do appreciate you reporting the posts though. That's how we would like you to handle such situations in the future. Also, I deleted that VM for you.
Smaili, if you have a problem with a post/poster, report it and let us handle it. It is not ok to respond in a negative manner under any circumstance. In any case, as I mentioned in my post, you have both received a warning. So action was taken against him as well. You should be able to delete a VM by checking the "check box" on the upper right hand corner of the VM and then selecting "delete message" from the bottom left. If you don't see that, let me know and I can delete the VM for you.
Yeah mate, I couldn't tell you if it was reported but I imagine the person who did report it is a complete wanker
Mein nay kab start kee? Woh tu kuch oar posters thay.

Hey, I'm running an ICC story (kinda) thing over at the Asian subbie on Cricsim if you're interested. Obviously not even close to the quality of Howe_zats, it's just something I'm doing for fun. Would help to keep your activity up and Al Capone's bowling average down as well :P
Smalishah, you have been given an infraction for your post in the 'England respect' thread. As we have mentioned before, please can you avoid insulting other members... even with the 'smiley' at the end this kind of post isn't really acceptable.
I found you on facebook in my search to uncover whether you are a female or male...
