  • I did include Waqar. I don't know why you think I wouldn't. But my number 1 is so great that he has the rest of the losers have nothing on him. Whilst the others have lost their greatness and fame, and are either involved with the game somehow or living the life of obscurity. This giant has gone on to achieve even greater heights. He is of course our favourite PM to be, Imran Khan. :)
Hmm Bradman would be the obvious choice. But since you're asking me to guess, it seems like it might be someone unexpected. I know you are a big fan of complete pacers, so perhaps Marshall? I'm actually surprised you omitted Waqar. I have him on my list. The guy's peak (which was a good several years) was perhaps the greatest of all.
yeah, that is the point. This is not just limited to the bhuttos but affects the whole political system.

One of the directors of one of the swiss banks said that pakis had 97 billion dollars stashed in swiss banks.....

the poor masses get ****ed in the process.....

In the face of this I still can't see how some people can see these guys as a better alternative to Imran. Makes my blood boil

I believe in second chances. He paid a heavy price for what he did and served his time. Once he serves the rest of his ban, I have no issues with letting him play again.
should have done an Ajmal or Misbah one after the test series vs England, win against Bangla seems underwhelming.
That would be a pleasure. You won't have to worry about room/food for sure. Come on over anytime!
I don't think I'll have the time to participate in that. I barely get enough time to come on and post in threads that I enjoy.

Congrats on the start date! Inshallah this will be a prosperous posting for you. :-)
Her Majesty? I thought the crown was now only good for japes and jibes :p......so will a full time job mean less time on CW? I am working full time yet never been more active on CW :D
The Republicans, Romney included, are more hawkish on foreign policy. Whereas Obama has set a 2014 timetable for complete withdrawal from Afghanistan, the Republicans oppose setting any such date. Also, the Republicans have been very harsh in their assessment of Pakistan for supporting the Haqqani network and other groups that hamper their objectives in Afghanistan. If Romney becomes President, I can easily foresee not only aid being cut off, but sanctions being imposed on Pakistan as well. Not only that, I can envision the drone strikes being expanded to take out the Haqqani network or any other “terrorist camp” or organization in Pakistan. In short, while Pakistanis don’t particularly hold Obama in high esteem, dealing with a Republican President will be a lot tougher for them.
