Exactly.I find it hard to classify him in the same era as the other two. Since his peak was before them and he was 5+ years older than both.

I mean actually, Grass is the niche surface. If Grass was played on as much as the other two we’d have a whole different dynamic between the 3. (considering it was Fed’s best surface, whereas Nadal and Djokovic’s best surfaces were the popular ones)Don't think it can purely be based on that.
Too many of Rafa's titles were on one niche surface for me to rank him above Fed.
Fed & Novak had it easier then.Too many of Rafa's titles were on one niche surface for me to rank him above Fed.
Almost the same era.I find it hard to classify him in the same era as the other two. Since his peak was before them and he was 5+ years older than both.
Almost the same era.
Especially Nadal.
Fed won his first Slam in 2003. Nadal in 2005.
The most prestigious is the one on grass and the one in NY.Fed & Novak had it easier then.
Only 1 GS took place on clay and Nadal still won 22
That is dominance in a particular surface, which Federer or Djokovic didn't do to Nadal's extent. It is not like minnow bashing.Did he though?
His era can be argued to have started a bit before the other two.
But beyond that I still rate Fed over Rafa considering how many of Nadal's slams came on clay.
This was true in 1980s and even in early 1990s.The most prestigious is the one on grass and the one in NY.
Pretty sure Djoker has a healthy haul of Aussie opens. That is dominance in a particular surface, which Federer or Djokovic didn't do to Nadal's extent. It is not like minnow bashing.

Really? This was true in 1980s and even in early 1990s.

A tad.Topic is getting heavily deviated
dw, happens all the time. at some point it circles back.Topic is getting heavily deviated
This always surprised me considering Novak’s dominance in Aus. Djoker you choker. Most wins at one Slam
AO : Novak
FO : Nadal
Wim : Federer
Federer has most wins at US Open as well.
Nadal has second most wins at US Open
Novak has second most wins at Wim & US Open
The top players refused to tour Australian Open because of the travel and that was the reason for less prestige and this changed in 1990s.Really?
Toy think Australia has the same prestige as Flushing Meadows and the All England club in SW London?
Nah Wimbeldon is definitely still the most prestigious. I doubt that will ever change. This was true in 1980s and even in early 1990s.

Think Djoker was always just fitter and more ready at the start of the year?dw, happens all the time. at some point it circles back.

It isn't shunned, but it's still not on par with the other two.The top players refused to tour Australian Open because of the travel and that was the reason for less prestige and this changed in 1990s.
As Novak fan, my favourite wins post his comebackThis always surprised me considering Novak’s dominance in Aus. Djoker you choker.
