Designs still look so clean compared to what we've had for most of this century. I loved the production aesthetics out of NZ at this time.

An ironic comment possibly given all that talk about India and especially NZ wanting to avoid AUS in the semis, but South Africa is probably the more difficult opponent. They've made short work of both England and Afghanistan with the ball and historically NZ is one of those teams Maharaj always does well against. If it's a bat-a-thon, Kane and co. will have to raise their game a bit.

Too bad this didn't end up as the final, would've been great to have a guaranteed different winner from the usual suspects.

George Linde added to the Proteas squad as a reserve. I guess that is with Markram's injury and the potential of a final in Dubai.

Mitchell is a big game player.
Was superb in the 2023 ODI WC and won us the. 2021 World T20 semi.
