Khawaja has improved a lot against spin.
Yep, hard to believe he was not rated against spin at all up to 2018 I think? I read recently it was only after Langer came on as coach that Khawaja started to believe in himself against spin. Said Langer talked up his confidence big time

A series v peak Bumrah on some spicy decks as a 38 year old was too much but he's still good enough v spin&in low bounce conditions. Has become a very disciplined nurdler with experience.

Yeah Khawaja's peak as an opener was in SL, IND, and PAK primarily. His big runs in ENG and AUS came on pitches that where either a bit slower, a bit flatter or both.
