Yeah he has all the other attributes in abundance.. Just another 5-10ks and he's lethal in all conditions. He's only 22. So much time on hand as well. One exciting project for the future.

I hate to be that guy (actually no I love it) but I don't think a bowler has ever discovered 10kph after debuting in internationals as a fully developed adult. Yes I know the legend of bond says he gained 20kph after becoming a policeman but we don't actually have evidence of that and even if we did that means he was just really unfit, which foulkes is evidently not
