I saw it but Hersch failed to mention he faced them in provincial games as he was playing at 16.I saw Herschelle Gibbs commenting on the fact that someone said imagine facing a 150kph bowler whilst at school but he said he faced at least 4 of them

Wonder who he would have been on about? Donald, Bosch, Schultz? Not sure who else would have been able to touch 150. Snell and Jack were quick but not that quick.
Any west Indian bowlers like Franklin Stephenson?

How much speed do guys that quick typically put on after leaving school? They might not necessarily be bowling 150km/h at 17/18, but it's still got to be up there.

Yeah, I would imagine so. Bowling fast is a pretty unique skill set. A lot of it is natural and then honed around 16-19 & then maybe those initial years in the professional game of are you more than just fast but have ability with it.
