So Australia needs to take last wkt in 1st over tomorrow for a 190 lead, bat 25 overs to get lead to 300, then bowl India out in 60 overs....should be an exciting day (except for rain)

Bowling india out in 60 overs is EXTREMELY doable - but the forecast seems to preclude that possibility.

Weather permitting, best case scenario for India is actually Australia bat for like 20 overs and then bowl their three bowlers into the ground for sixty overs and it’s a draw.

I'd say bowl a bit just to keep them quiet and not slog.

I just heard on the radio this has apparently been SE Qld’s wettest start to a summer since 2011 when they had those bad floods. Even though it’s a wet time of year generally, I think this year has well and truly been an outlier
