Even Smith is averaging 24.8 and Marsh is averaging 13.8.

I can't imagine Australia getting 250 or 300 if Head departs early.

Incredibly, that includes NZ's tour of India where he took 3 wickets in the series (only played 2 Tests) at 42s. He didn't take a wicket in the 2nd Test (to be fair, only 1 of the 40 wickets to fall went to seam).

That's what I said earlier. This is the weakest top order ever for Australia certainly in modern times. I haven't personally seen worse.

England have a massive chance to beat us next summer for the first time in over 15 years at home. There is no batting talent at all in the Sheffield shield ranks. England have guys like Root and Brook which is miles ahead of what we have right now.

Still sore after the fact that Ashwin bowled India to victory in Adelaide 2018 which set the stage for the ass-kicking that followed that series.

Also made Steve Smith look like a tailender in MCG 2020.

Also who can forget him saving a match against the Australian "attack" in SCG 2021 with a sore back.

Should stick around to collect his 3rd away BGT (6th overall. Smith has won only one. Cummins zero).

naah aus ain't that good. in perth the indian top order killed the new ball so mo could cash in. in adelaide, gabba aus top order did. red ball does nothing in aus after 30 overs.

mcg/scg more favorable to india and now india will be able to play ashwin-jadeja who were crucial last time in both these places.
