**Official** 3rd Test @Brisbane (Ewwwww), 14th-18th December

SkyBlue

U19 Debutant
As expected it's dramatically easier once the ball gets older which makes the way India's top order batted yesterday even more bizarre.
Also it seems Australia look a bit demoralized after Hazelwood's injury. I'm sure they would be in two minds now whether to enforce the follow on or bowl again if they get India out under 240. This puts India in a slightly positive situation.

The psychology of sport. Works in a funny way at times.

I would be shocked if that had never happened before.
A lot of losing streaks are snapped by a rain affected/unimpressive draw before the losing streak continues. Wouldn't be surprised if 5 is the record for a captain (there's also the need to account for a losing captain maybe getting captaincy stripped)

Cant think of any in the last 30 years at least.

There was this one time we got hammered 4-0 under Dhoni by both England and Australia post 2011 WC heroics but I'm not sure if we lost 5 in a row.
India lost 5 in a row vs Eng/Aus in 2014 but Kohli captained for 1 Test in between Dhoni's 4 losses

Dhoni's last 5 Tests as captain he went 0W-4L-1D and a draw here will give Sharma the same record

If only Smith was switched on for that first ball

Good knock though, I'm sure Jaiswal and Kohli will learn nothing from it.
