**Official** 2nd Test @Adelaide, 6th-10th December

Contrary to all expectations, India have crushed Australia in the first test. A day/night test will be in Australia's and Starc's favor. Can Australia come back? What changes are expected in both sides?

Whatever it takes!!!
Fully expect Australia to come out all guns blazing and wipe the floor with us here. Our batting is still extremely suspect and we have not put together one good first innings since GG took over in normal circumstances as far as I can recall. And our bowling cant bail us out every time as its essentially just Bumrah. Will back Aus to either bowl us out nothing if we bat first or to rack up 350+ and then bowl us out for nothing if we bowl first. And then boss the game from there and beat us easily.

Not as suspect as Australia's batting tbh. The Aus top order looks the weakest it has ever been.

I predict a win by 300 runs.
Not a chance. Both teams have suspect batting. Somehow, Indian batsmen got so many runs in flat conditions in this test. But in a day night test, it is going to be a low scoring humdinger and whichever team bowls better is going to win by less than 100 runs.

DDP will make way for Rohit and Lokesh probably drops to 3. Rohit will unfortunately take back the reigns as captain. Jurel should get another test. Sundar's spot is interesting. He's clearly in there as more as a batter and they like the offspinner vs Khawaja/Head/Carey matchup. Bringing in Ashwin in what should be a low-scoring, seamer friendly test seems counterproductive.

Marsh has fitness concerns. Who do Aus bring in? Probably a batter - would that be Inglis, or would that be Renshaw to open and McSweeny dropping down.

If Marsh was out & Neser was fit, would you pick him instead of Webster?

Carey goes to 6, Nes 7
Neser's a much better cricketer and has massively improved his batting the past 2-3 seasons but Webster's still a better bat and the batting needs much more help than the bowling at the moment.

Akashdeep for rana. Our bowling inculding bumrah vs left handers was not good so deep comes in

india again. India have the worlds best fast bowler in Bumrah. And a much better batting lineup for the 2nd test. Bumrah is basically the Indian version of Malcolm marshall. not too tall, Moves the ball both ways through the air and off the seam. Beats batters for pace. Also combined with the weak batting unit of the Aussies.

As things stand, Bumrah has taken 181 Test wickets at an average of 20.06. - thats simply incredible. Its Malcolm Marshall levels of quality. West Indies legend Malcolm Marshall has the best case as the greatest quick ever with 376 Test wickets at 20.94.

Aus havent seen too many touring pace bowlers of this quality in the past 20 years, only a handful come to mind e.g. Dale Steyn who also ripped through the aussies in his tour.

You want another bowler in place of batter when aussie batting line is struggling and is fragilel lol🤣😂
Neser is a seriously good player as he’s a world class bowler who can score hundreds

You need to take 20 wickets to win matches

They’d pick Webster but the difference between his batting & Neser’s is much closer than the bowling
