Such things do not exist in NZ outside of Auckland and Christchurch. It is a meritocracy.
Nathan went to Waitaki Boys, a good NZ style state school that's more like a British private school because NZ actually respects giving everyone a fair shot and doesn't just write off most of the country as peasants and oiks.

Ha, that's definitely not accurate. Although I did find it interesting (but bit my tongue) when some posters recently made a comment along the lines of wanting to bring Duffy into the side in place of Southee to have more height/bounce in the team. That seemed to me to be dealing in very fine margins since the height difference between the two might be an inch?

Surprised it hasn't been mentioned but Santner is actualy the ideal counter-bazball spinner. Santner's weakness is being milked on non-spinning pitches. He's really good at tying down batsmen that are trying to whack him out the ground, which I hear England have a couple of.
