*Official* New Zealand tour of India 2024

What makes you think it was the same conditions.
It wasn't, it was easier. Then they fluffed their lines, when again getting through the new ball - as it was in the first innings - would have put them in a much better position.

My post days earlier about Indian sides not wanting to battle when the ball was doing a lot and the going gets tough was met with 'no team in Tests does'...but we did, twice.

That is a damn good victory.... and one that is incredibly surprising after the Sri Lanka tour.

Unique/bizarre set of events in the first innings but the match still took some winning. O'Rourke and Rachin are stars.

And yes, it will start raining in 90 minutes. All India needed was to bat for an additional hour which would have added 2 hours to the match length and rain would have saved us. You can't win a test if you collapse twice to swing in a single match. Hope Rohit faces up to our weakness rather than get carried away by whatever-ball he is playing.

If you think playing in the hot sun at Bangalore is the same as toughing out the conditions India faced during either collapse.

The only time you faced such conditions was this morning for half an hour. And it settled down brilliantly after that even today. Seriously, did you even watch the game?
