So not sure really what the point of this thread is. The vast majority of batsmen average more at home (usually signifcantly) here are some who didn’t. I’m sure there are varying reasons as to why they average more away, whether due to conditions, form or just luck with opposition. (looking at a baseline of 40 innings for this, gets rid of blokes like Voges and blokes who didn’t really play away - both Pollock and Headley have just over 40 innings and thats mostly where the majority of us really start rating) min overall average 45
