Oh wobble seam talk. Go back fifty years and that delivery would have been called an offcutter and would have been bowled by every outswing bowler.

I’ll say this much, this has been a genuinely good Test summer. Or at least better than expected. That West Indies didn’t roll over from 5/60 is really impressive. If they can get another 50 or so it’ll be a good contest.

It'll be interesting to see if we continue the throwing away wickets thing. There's nothing in this pitch once the ball gets more than about fifteen overs old.

Is there any Yorker specialist in the Oz setup? I’d honestly pick them at this point even if they go for 10 an over against good batters.

Good to see some fight from the Windies.

They looked like being bundled out cheaply when they were 64/5 yesterday but their middle and lower order have rallied to get them close to 300.

Sinclair looks like a big upgrade on Motie with the bat, he's playing better than a lot of their top order batsmen.

Roach gifting his wicket with that suicidal run out, he let the Aussie bowlers off the hook who were struggling to break that partbership.

Yeah it's a shame he hasn't been able to get fit. Slightly different circumstances and he would never had let his Australian spot go.

Says a lot that a run out broke the partnership.
Maybe, maybe not. Hypothetically had he played that MCG Ashes test and recorded similar figures to Boland did maybe he could have got a longer consistent run in the team, but even then the injury issues still would be a barrier to him
