Ange's style won't work if they don't dominate possession because their mids don't seem interested in covering for the flanks and the wingers aren't tracking back a lot
imagine Rashford running up against Emerson next week with no cover for him as Bruno feeds him passes it will be brutal

Add in a manager who is unproven and they look weak. All he won was a crap one team league.

thats not a pen at all but Vicario does look unreliable. maybe they should have negotiated more for Raya instead of walking away and letting him go to you guys on such a cheap deal

Celtic basically played 2-3-4-1 in possession, with the 3 being the 2 full backs and the 6. It reverts to a more typical flat back 4 out of possession but it asks a lot of the players.

they looked better in the 2nd half when they had a lot of the ball but i dont see how this works against a team set up to counter with one pacy winger
Haha. I know he is not really rated on here but he is always really good against Bees.
Decent enough start, Spurs might not be terrible this season.

It was a clear pen imo. He smashed into him and didn't play the ball. The fact that the ball went sky high and out of play is immaterial. Definite foul.

nah he had enough time to score there and it was the follow through that caught him no keeper would have been able to physically back away from that

I don't think it's the lack of sponsor necessarily, but their kit definitely looks like one of the unlicensed kits from the early Pro Evolution games. "London Blue".
