That’s the second time an obvious decision wasn’t given on field in one session.

This is why we need DRS.

Hmmm, Australia will probably take this at lunch. England bat deep but this pitch is flat. Reckon Crawley will be disappointed with that shot.

Well that’s our session on that deck and we’ve bowled as badly as we are capable of.

It's hard to be disappointed with 61 from Crawley but him tonning up day 1 after everything said would have been sodding amazing.

Feels like England have let a good position slip here but it was probably always going to be about the middle order anyway

Apart from Hazlewood's bowling, thought Australia were pretty ordinary but I think they won the session with that final wicket.
They'd be absolutely delighted. 3 down and two (relatively) fresh batsmen? They'd have taken that if it was cloudy and swinging let alone a road.

Despite all the talk of a roady-road, there's been an odd ball that have done a bit.

Australia's session though clearly.

Who stopped them referring the first one?
He’s talking about Pope’s lbw. No one heard the first Crawley edge. You tend not to appeal if there’s no sound or deviation. I know England think they’ve changed the game, but historically those are usually seen as plays and misses
