We forget that he was the best pace bowler of the 2017 series. He really should have been playing this whole series instead of Siraj

Do you think India would have won the test series in South Africa if they played Umesh Yadav instead of Siraj ?We forget that he was the best pace bowler of the 2017 series.
Hard to say. Yadav to me is a third seamer but Siraj's bite is not as strong as his bark.Do you think India would have won the test series in South Africa if they played Umesh Yadav instead of Siraj ?
Might take a while. Definitely need to still be batting deep into the second session tomorrow thoughreally need to amass a huge total here
Yes and in hindsight that was the worst thing he could have possibly doneDidn't Siraj send Warner home with a fracture in the arm? I get the love for Umesh but come on, it wasn't like Siraj was terrible in the first 2 Tests.
That actually was a bad thing for India , Warner was ****?Didn't Siraj send Warner home with a fracture in the arm? I get the love for Umesh but come on, it wasn't like Siraj was terrible in the first 2 Tests.
He hasn't had great returns but Warner probably wouldn't have made double figures. Head at least has had a few decent looking cameos.Head isn't exactly that much better to justify an injury.
He hasn't been allowed to bowl long enough to settle in a spell.Axar Patel is averaging over a 100 with the ball for the series , pretty criminal when you consider how much the first three tests favored spin
India's aren't bowling poorly. They are keeping it tight and staying in the game. Australia will need to be patient as well.Don't know how where going to take 20 wickets on this unless it massively breaks up. There's not a ton of assistance/overspin and it's slower, don't think Lyon will role India again on this deck, and I'm not sold on kunhenann being a consistent threat when the decks not offering him a ton.
Just need some patience here. Gotta put on 400-500 eastDon't know how where going to take 20 wickets on this unless it massively breaks up.
