I'll leave the debate on the first to others but I'm pretty confident in saying that Cummins will have the better career for the simple reason that he'll be on the park more reliably.

EDIT: Considering Tests only, ofc, as is convention. Not much of a conversation as far as LO stuff goes.

Cummins is the best.
Among seamers I find it hard to choose between Bumrah, Jamieson, and Rabada as all bring different attributes.

A bit but it's not really unusual for bowlers who suffer a lot early on from back stress fractures and the like to suddenly became reliable workhorses once their action is tweaked and they get stronger/their body finishes growing. See also Anderson, James.

Or they just disappear off the face of the earth, ofc. See Pattinson, James. Bumrah's action, though, he's just going to have intermittent injury problems for the rest of his career IMO.

Cummins should end up in the top 5 fast bowlers of all time. Bumrah and Rabada will probably end up in the top 10/15. Hopefully all of them can stay fit.

Don't see how/why Cummins is that far ahead. There was a time when Bumrah had played literally all of his tests outside his home country and he was successful everywhere.

Actually performing at home is his bigger challenge

bumrah just a little less consistent, has some quiet games.
