How silly. Cummins is like 14cm (5 inches) taller.

Bumrah has 126 wickets away from home at 21.10
Cummins has 113 wickets away from home at 25.94
Since you don’t consider tests at home to be important, doesn’t Bunrah actually have a greater body of work at five points better average.
You can’t say tests at heme don’t matter for Ashwin and consider them relevant for Cummins or Bumrah.

Lol that's a strawman. I did a whole thread about appreciating SC pacers at home, remember?
And I always maintained for myself, a modern ATG pacer needs 300 wickets as a test of output to qualify.
Hence even tho Bumrah is a better bowler, if he retired today I would rate Cummins ahead based on output.

Sure. Bumrah is better at present but you need a minimum sample to judge someone as a great.

Saying you need a minimum output isn't really confusing. You just disagree.
I believe you need a minimum output. I'm saying Bumrah has a minimum output already as far as away performance goes, and that's all you apparently care about

Cummins used to be significantly ahead of Bumrah in WPM. Bumrah has caught up in last 12 months.

After 30 matches, Bumrah took 128 wickets iirc. that'd interpret into a WPM of 4.2667. Pat Cummins had a WPM of 4.7273 at that time (208 wickets in 44 matches iirc).
