It depends a bit - SCC's suggested promotion seems sensible, but only if people are happy with T20 league placement being based on OD results. I was also thinking of starting with a few play-in series.
If we get more teams we could go to three divisions of six, as well.

I wasn't expecting much...having not followed the teams to know which ones are top tier.
But look at that West Indies versus New Zealand game...
NZ were cruising...and then all of a sudden lost by 14 runs with lots of overs left in the bank.

Yeah India were the same, lost four wickets in an over. Impressive from the Deshis to avoid that and see it home.

NZ, Eng, Aus feel a bit stronger than the rest. Australia and New Zealand won the last two titles and England are back in some form after losing something like the first 5 T20Is last year.
